MANDY MATTHEWS

Registered Architect

Mandy graduated from Deakin University, Victoria with Honours in 1997. Upon graduating, Mandy moved to inner city Melbourne to begin a decade of work with various Melbourne-based architectural firms and government agencies in the field of restoration and adaptation of heritage buildings into apartments and multi-use developments.

In 2008 she relocated to North Queensland and established her own practice to focus on custom residential design. While learning the skills of designing for the tropics, Mandy developed an aesthetic for simplified living, light-filled spaces that are functional and easy to live in.

Since moving back to Victoria in 2021, Mandy continues to work remotely on residential, multi-unit and hospitality projects in several locations in North Queensland. Mandy is a registered Architect in both Queensland and Victoria and currently resides in Nichols Point near Mildura in regional Victoria.
